The aim of the Student Services department at City College is to support students so that they can maximise their college experience, integrate their learning and personal development, encourage independence and prepare them for the next stage in their life.’
The purpose of an Advice Shop Advisor is 'To provide advice and guidance to potential students and to support existing students so that they are ready and able to succeed in their next stage of development'
Applicants should have recent experience of working in a customer orientated team and of working in an advice and guidance setting.
