Description
An expanding high-tech company, designers and manufacturers of a range of innovative wireless communication products based in Norfolk, have a challenging opportunity for a well qualified Senior Hardware Design and Development Engineer. The ideal candidate to fill this Hardware Design and Development opportunity will have had solid previous exposure to designs using discrete active and passive components, ie analogue front end design. Impedance matching, high impedance buffers, programmable gain amplifiers. Filters design, differential drivers, DACs and ADCs. PCB layout for high performance (e.g. Altium Designer) and EMC compliance (ideally hands on experience). Knowledge of industrial ARM micocontroller, DSP interfacing/programming would be beneficial. A practical knowledge and appreciation of wireless communication and electronic hardware principles would be beneficial. Please ensure that your CV contains reference to all your experience relating to the requirements set out above. The successful applicant will hold a minimum of a good Bachelors Degree qualification in Electronics Engineering or a similar discipline. Applications can only be acknowledged and accepted from applicants with 4-5 years relevant experience, and excellent problem solving skills.
