Maintenance Manager Norfolk c £40k Our client is a well-established engineering manufacturing company. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their successful team. The main purpose of this role will be managing and planning the activities of a small multi-disciplinary team. A planned programme of maintenance is in action – the ongoing enhancement of this is a key priority. Effective project management, process development and the adoption of LEAN principles are also primary objectives. The candidate sought will be qualified in Electronic Engineering, probably to degree level, with a proven track record of building an effective team in order to make sustainable improvements. Whilst a knowledge of plc programming would be advantageous, a confident and credible leadership approach is the most essential competency for this role.
