47 working weeks/52 paid weeks The Jobs • Report to the Network or IT & Systems Support Managers • Work 35 hours per week on average but with different working patterns in term time and school holidays. • Help to ensure that the IT hardware, software and network operates effectively 24/7 • Provide an “at work station service” to staff across the 3 schools to support their use of IT. • Work with IT Managers on development projects The People • Good general level of education to A level/HNC/BTEC 3 or above. • IT skills to CompTIA A+, Network + or equivalent. • 1-5 years’ practical experience in a progressive IT environment.
