Description
Do you have excellent Customer Service Skills? Have you worked within a Service Centre Environment? Are you looking for part time working hours? My client located west of Norwich seeks a Service Centre operator to join their small team immediately! You will be receiving service centre requests through calls, emails & walk in reception from all service areas of the community. Logging details of all calls & following up of action & outcome. Supporting the Contracts Manager / Administrator in production of documents & reports & initiating actions to meet customer demands. Working hours are Monday to Friday 13.00-17.00 (TBC) each week working on a Temporary – Permanent Basis.
