My client a Global Business Process Outsourcing company. Specialising in Corporate Information Solutions, they provide expert management of all printed and digital information an organisation shares with its internal and external audiences. They currently have a 9 month maternity vacancy for a Resoucing Co-ordinator. Purpose of the role This is an essential role as we look to develop our capability and efficiency at the direct higher of senior roles. The resourcer will be pivotal to the success and recognition of the Resourcing team as a provider of talented, professional applicants. The individual’s primary responsibility will be to support the Resourcing Manager’s with senior level recruitment through proactive sourcing and accurate selection. The role will also assist the wider team with recruitment activity and ensure a high level of quality is being received by all applicants to whether they are internal or external. As part of a team the individual will be expected to enhance candidate experience, delivery a 5 star service and provide the Resourcing Manager’s and wider team with best in class approach and commitment. Specific area of responsibility ■To take direction from Resourcing Manager’s on key roles in the busy and sourcing directly through a variety of recruitment techniques from advertising to search/headhunting ■To build and maintain a pool of talent. ■To complete first round screening of long list and work with Resourcing Manager through the long and shortlist process ■To work in a consultative manner with the Resourcing Manager’s to promote the long list ■Ensure all applicants under consideration follow a robust interview and selection process from application, interview and testing ■Work with the Resourcing Manager’s on new techniques of talent attraction constantly looking at new ways to advertise a role and attract the right talent ■Take ownership for the promotion by reviewing all adverts before being placed by the Resourcing Advisor’s and encourage a creative and appealing posting ■Regularly audit and ensure the role profiles are appropriately presented and demonstrating a positive promotion of the vacancy ■Empower the team to ensure the correct practice around the engagement process are adhered to.
