Our chef de parties are the sous chefs of tomorrow and the Head Chefs of the future. Our staff are the key to our success and we now have the opportunity for bright enthuiastic chef de parties to join a number of our hotels in and around Norfolk and Suffolk. Our head chefs are here to guide, assist and motivate and encourage our staff and you will be working with the best hand picked chefs in the area. Its essential that you have a keen interest in food and wine and enjoy the challenges of a busy kitchen. In return we can offer live in accommodation if required alongside a career path that is second to none. Our chefs visit our suppliers so they know the produce they are working with and all dishes are explored and explained so they know the best way to present and create the perfect meal time and time again. We have the highest standards and expect the same of our staff. You will have formal catering qualifications and also be able to demostrate your food knowledge and expertise fully in a commercial kicthen. If successful we will spend time with you and get to know you before we invite you spend a day in one of our famous kitchens under the diirection of the head chef. If successful at this point we will discuss the best career path for you and formally offer you a role in the company.
