Working for one of most well know hotels groups you will benefit from some of the best training and development. The role of receptionist is full time and will involve taking telephone enquiries, directing calls, checking in hotel guests and completing check out bills, and other ancillary duties. The right candidate will have a pleasant telephone manner, able to communicate effectively and accurately and bring value and presence to the hotel. Previous reception experience be it hotel or commercial is essential and candidates will be required to attend two interviews as part of the selection process.
