Description
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join its successful team. The desired candidate will have a good track record of supervising, motivating and developing others in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for training/coaching production line staff, organising staff rotas, holidays and overtime, coordinating production start ups/shut downs and will be able to meet and exceed daily targets. 40 hours per week working on a shift rota basis.
