Description
You will provide a quality estate and tenancy management service to a diverse range of customers, ensuring their varying needs are met. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders & key partners in both assisting tenants to maintain their tenancies, as well as in taking enforcement action where necessary. You must have previous experience within a customer service environment, involving face-to-face interaction with customers and resolving difficult issues. You will understand the role and scope of social housing providers and have previous experience of communicating with the range of stakeholders & partners concerned with social housing.
