This post represents an exciting opportunity to continue the success of the IT Service Desk function at Circle Anglia. Applicants will need enthusiasm, drive and a full commitment with real passion for customer service as well as the ITIL knowledge and experience to mature the newly designed and adopted processes within the team. You will have a keen eye for detail and continually work to improve and streamline processes to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the business. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy the challenges of working within a busy team.
