Description Norwich Norfolk Permanent Hales Group are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Administrator for their Norwich based client Duties to include: Providing excellent sales and customer service support to all site visitors and incoming callers Responsible for the daily processing and dispatch of all orders and effective liaison with the Sales Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Accounts Manager, and relevant external stakeholders when necessary Work in conjunction with the Sales Manager in order to meet the annual sales target Maintain and support the development of information systems such as databases and CRM software Responsible for handling customer compliments and queries in a consistent manner, which reflects the brand Responsible for handling complaints, maintaining the complaints database and coordinating internal investigations Support the Supply Chain Manager in the smooth running of facilities throughout the office areas You will have previous experience of IT systems such as Sage, ACT or TAS You must have an excellent telephone manner / communication both verbally and written Previous experience of working in a sales / customer service focused environment is essential
