Description
Schofield Media Group has been delivering high spec Business Publications for over ten years and are currently one of the leading Publishers of Industry based Magazines in the UK and US. Due to growth within the Norwich offices and the expansion of the current portfolio, we have a number of opportunities within our fast paced Editorial Telesales Team. Your role will be to make make initial contact with senior decision makers within large European companies and promote our portfolio of magazines as a medium for effective corporate PR. You will carry out research by asking a range of open questions, whilst developing a conversation and building rapport. There is no selling involved, however successful candidates will be proactive and able to communicate confidently at a business level. Performance targets and commission are in place to focus you and offer the opportunity to increase your earnings to an average of 19k per annum. Full training is provided during induction with ongoing development to maximise your performance whilst working within a focused, upbeat and friendly team environment. After 6 months there is the opportunity to be fast tracked to a senior research role, with OTE 30k +. Our top earners within the senior team took home 60k+ per annum last year. Previous sales experience is useful, but not essential as a confident, articulate telephone manner and the desire to succeed are most important.
