At Barclays, you'll put the emphasis squarely back on the customer you're serving. That might mean performing a transaction quickly and politely so they can get on with their day. Or it could mean asking the right questions to understand their needs so you can introduce them to one of our specialists - a Mortgage Advisor or Personal Banker, for instance. By treating every customer as an individual, you'll not only help you and your team meet and beat your targets; you'll also ensure every customer walks out the door feeling properly cared for.
