My client are an innovative and rapidly expanding organisation with offices throughout the country boasting a large amount of key business clients.
Due to expansion at their Wymondham office, the Transport and Planning Department are now looking to recruit a Transport Administrator to work alongside senior level management and undertake a range of administrative functions to support the HGV operations team.
Your key duties will be liaising with the customers via telephone or email in regards to any transport queries, allocating all work to the HGV drivers coupled with general administration and customer service work.
Excellent communication and time management skills are a must, as this role will involve working to set deadlines and being able to communicate on all levels with customers and staff members.
