My client seeks someone with strong administration skills and either experience or an interest in Training and Development.
Purpose: To assist the Learning and Development Manager and the HR Team with the delivery of the HR Business Plan and KPIs. To identify to deliver timely and appropriate development solutions to meet the company's business plan and evaluate their effectiveness within the business, demonstrating clear benefits to the business, sector, function, department, team and individual employee.
Main Duties:
• All employees to meet Health and Safety requirements.
•Identify development needs and deliver appropriate development solutions.
•Utilise alternative development methods where appropriate.
•Deliver appraisal training plan within budget and within budget year.
•Take proactive approach by programming training in advance for budget year
•Utilise in-house trainers to maximise resource
•Deliver 5 training days per employee
•Manage, control, plan and deliver new employee training
•Copy, log, issue and file certificates/ cards within 10 days of receipt.
•Produce monthly reportS
•Manage associated NVQ’s
•Attend and report on appropriate industry meetings.
•To build and maintain business relationships within HR and operational business.
•To assist in the assessment of training compliance via contract training audits
