This position has a twist to an ordinary consultant position.
Though there is sales involved within this role the majority of work will involve Risk Assessment, Interviewing, Writing care plans and attending social care meetings.
My client seeks a candidate with strong communication skills with a bubbly personality that has excellent organisational skills with the ability to work on their own initiative.
Previous experience within a Care Home either Management or senior carer would be an advantage.
