Description
Luxury country house hotel south of Norwich is seeking a senior sous chef to join the team. The operation has been awarded 1A rosette so a strong background is required. Just as importantly though sous chef candidates will need to be dynamic and energetic in their approach, be passionate, motivated and ambitious and hungry for success.
We’re looking for a sous chef who loves going to work each day, has an infectious energy about the kitchen and is good for morale. This operation is busy and needs someone who can cope with the pressure and keep cool – someone who can provide support and leadership alongside the head chef and manage a large team, with the ability to multi-task all operations.
