Description
We are seeking a BUSINESS ANALYST to join a market leading company based in Norwich.
You will provide leadership in the delivery of IT projects and in the analysis of business needs in order to identify business and technical problems, understand requirements and provide complete solutions covering product, process, data, technology and third party interfaces.
Key responsibilities / accountabilities include:
1. Provide leadership in the management of resources, the design and development of solutions and the delivery of projects.
2. Responsibility for the day to day management of a small team to deliver to project objectives and provide support to the operation of the business, including identification of resource requirements, recruitment, capability development and appraisals.
3. Management of delivery of small projects through cross-functional internal teams of up to 8 staff and on projects of up to 6 months in duration.
4. Manage and conduct analysis on new or existing business areas.
5. Liaison with business representatives and key stakeholders in order to identify, understand, prioritise and agree business requirements translating them into functional specifications and detailed test plans for changes to product, process and systems.
6. As part of a project team assist in the planning and co-ordination of the delivery of solutions.
