Description
Another exciting opportunity has become available to join the team of a very successful company based in Swaffham. Due to the success of the team, we are seeking a Sales Support Consultant to join our small friendly team.
Job Specification
Your primary responsibility will be to service the needs of our existing clients and assist in growing the company in a compliant and customer focused manner.
You will be dealing with general queries from customers relating to insurance sales/service.
You will be processing customer documentation and collecting premiums.
You will advise customers of all products and services.
Of course, you will be required to undertake general office based duties as required
It would be preferable if candidates have experience of the following applications: Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above including Maths and English. Successful applicants will be required to take and pass internal product licensing exams. Further qualification to CII Diploma in Insurance is supported/encouraged
