We are offering an exciting HR oppurtunity within a well established company. If you want to work in a busy role offering you responsibility and variation and have previous HR / personnel experience then this is the job for you!!

You will be responsible for providing support to the HR Manager and Officer, and all internal staff as a whole.

* Dealing with staff queries
* Ensuring excellent service provided
* Maintain accurate filing systems
* Minuting at meetings
* Booking of flights, accomodation and expenses
* Monitor systems, policies and procedures
* Where neccessary, make improvments to policies, procedures and systems
* Absence, holiday and training monitoring
* Report writing
* Dealing with starter and leaver paperwork
* Processing induction paperwork

Key Skills:-
Highly organised
Excellent admin and IT skills with proven experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels
Able to work on own intitiative
HR experience, shorthand and admin qualifications an advantage.
