This is a varied role where you have a strong people focus, but should also be able to work to targets effectively.
You will have the responsibility for:-
* Carrying out introduction interviews to gain a better understanding of your clients needs
* Put into place an Personal Development Plan to empower them to achieve their employment goals
* Actively assisting clients in their job search
* Making and maintaining contacts with employers and potential employers
* Consistently seek opportunities to develop market awareness of the organisation and it's work.
You will have previous experience:-
* Within a target focused role where you have had a high degree of interaction with people
* Ideally within previous recruitment or employment
Your skill set will include:
* Excellent communication with the ability to adapt to the individual
* High degree of self motivation and proven experience of motivating others
* Well organised
* Proactive and reactive approach.
