Description
Customer Support Manager required by growing City Centre Company

The primary role will be managing day to day communications to customers, responding to and resolving customer queries and issues largely through emails and sometimes on the phone.

This will also include the management of a customer service team and the accurate recording of data.

Required skills:
· Genuine interest in customer welfare
· Background in customer services,
· Ideally gained in a consumer internet business,
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, word and excel.
· Knowledge of customer services best practice
· Ability to recognise inefficiency and implement change to drive the business forward
· Experience of dealing with difficult customers, and capable of retaining customer goodwill under high pressure situations.
· Ability to track and manage performance objectives such as maximum email response times, complaint resolution times etc.
· Some financial knowledge is also an asset
