Description
Are you looking to utilise your language skills???
Work for this professional and extremely well established international company successfully approaching their 120th year within business.
You will be fluent in both Italian and Spanish in verbal and written capacity. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the desire to provide exceptional customer service to your european clients.
Main duties will include;
* Liaising on a daily basis with your international clientele via telephone and e-mail
* Processing orders on behalf of your clients
* Dealing with customer queries in an timely and efficient manner, always putting the client first
* Maintaining an own business ethic ensuring that profit margins are to the benefit of your company and your client
* Investigating client complaints through to resolution
* General administration
* Working as part of an international team
* Communicating any ideas for business improvement to your line manager
* Accurate record keeping
* Researching into new business areas
Key Skills;
* Fluency in both Spanish and Italian languages
* Excellent telephone manner
* Confident communicator
* Strong attention to detail
* Previous customer service/sales experience
* PC Literate
* Ability to manage a busy workload
